Since January, Lucy has been volunteering as a befriender to Jean—and their time together has been full of learning and laughter!

“Jean and I have been taking Amber, the guide dog, out to learn new routes—like to and from the station. We’ve been so lucky with the weather!”

From community yoga classes to coffee chats, their sessions are always varied and engaging. Lucy even helped Jean outline countries on large maps using a glue gun to support her geography learning!
