Cambridge Half Marathon 2027 - Join Us!

Team CamSight raised almost £17,000 in 2026. Run with us in 2027 and help us go even further.

Our incredible Team CamSight runners raised just under £16,994 through the Cambridge Half Marathon in 2026, helping local people living with sight loss access the support, equipment and services they need to live independently and confidently.

Now we're looking ahead to 2027 and we'd love you to be part of it.

The Cambridge Half Marathon is one of the most popular running events in the region, taking runners through the heart of our beautiful city and past some of Cambridge's most iconic sights.

Whether you're taking on your first half marathon or chasing a new personal best, every step you take and every pound you raise will help support blind and partially sighted people across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.

Why run for CamSight?

Every year, CamSight supports local people of all ages living with low vision and blindness through a wide range of services and activities.

The money you raise could help fund:

• Equipment and assistive technology that supports independence

• Emotional support and counselling

• Information, advice and practical guidance

• Social groups and activities that reduce isolation and build confidence

• Support to help people adapt to life with sight loss

Every pound raised stays local, helping people across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.

Feedback from last years runners:

Ella was there for all questions and was quick to answer. Really appreciated having someone like that, especially when running for the first time

It was the best race to be part of - incredibly supportive spectators and brilliant music. Running for your charity was an absolute pleasure. I hope I can do it again.
