CamSight is delighted to announce that the East of England Co-op has generously funded our inclusive Pilates sessions for 12 months, helping us continue to support the health and wellbeing of people with low vision and blindness across Cambridgeshire.

Pilates is a gentle, low-impact exercise that improves strength, flexibility, and balance, benefits that are especially valuable for people with visual impairments. Thanks to this funding, we can continue to offer the weekly sessions led by our experienced instructor, ensuring that everyone feels supported and confident, regardless of ability or experience.

These classes are designed to be fully accessible, with verbal cues and hands-on guidance where appropriate, creating a welcoming environment for all participants. Beyond physical benefits, the sessions also provide a chance to connect with other people, reducing isolation and promoting mental wellbeing.

We are incredibly grateful to the East of England Co-op for their commitment to community health and inclusion.

If you’d like to join our Pilates classes or learn more about our activities, please visit our Pilates entry on the Events page.
